Rates and Transparency: As soon as artists become members of the platform, they are informed about the rates associated with each asset. They can access these rates conveniently through their personal dashboard. This transparency allows artists to clearly understand their compensation for each project.

Inclusion in Project Cost: The fees charged by the artists are included in the total cost of your project. This means that the pricing you see incorporates the artist's compensation.

Representation Costs: To cover representation costs for the artist, a 15% commission is deducted from the total amount. This commission helps us maintain the platform and provide ongoing support to the artists.

No Subscription Fees: It's important to note that artists are not required to pay any subscription fees during their time on the platform. We aim to create a fair and accessible environment where artists can showcase their talents and be compensated without additional financial burdens.

We understand that transparency is crucial when it comes to pricing. Therefore, our Price Breakdown provides a detailed overview of the additional costs associated with our voice-over services. Here's what you can expect to see:

Sound Service: This includes the expenses related to recording studio time. We charge one hour of studio time for every two assets that require recording. It's important to note that this time encompasses the voice-over recording and any necessary editing and post-production processes. If the work is completed within a time frame shorter than what was charged, we will refund the corresponding amount for any extra time exceeding one hour.

Licensing Costs: Each asset may have unique licensing requirements, depending on factors such as the target market, media usage, and license duration. Therefore, your price breakdown will display a separate line item for each asset in your project, outlining its specific licensing costs.

Production & Service Fee: To cover our operational expenses and ensure the highest quality of service, we apply a 20% markup on the total licensing costs of your project. This fee helps us maintain a dedicated team of professionals who work diligently to deliver exceptional voice-over results.

Payment for the total project is made when you select an artist and propose booking dates for the recording. Before the booking phase, you can conduct castings and request auditions to ensure you find the perfect voice for your project.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a booked and paid recording. Here's our cancellation policy:

‍Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice: If you cancel the recording with more than 48 hours notice, you will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the total amount paid. The remaining 10% covers cancellation costs and is divided between the artist, Voicesfy, and the assigned sound engineer.

‍Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: If the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 20% will be applicable.

When you have selected the artist you want to invite to your project and confirmed the budgeted cost, you will have access to a calendar feature. On this calendar, you can propose multiple time slots for up to five different calendar days based on your availability. The artist can then choose the option that best fits their own availability.

This process allows for effective scheduling and coordination between you and the artist, ensuring a smooth recording experience.
